Exclusive Hoops Foundation, Inc. was established in 2024 as the nonprofit foundation created to support all Exclusive Programs, including Exclusive Preparatory Academy (EPA) Titans. The Foundation provides a not-for-profit avenue to strengthen academic, athletic, and student development initiatives across the Exclusive brand.

Through philanthropic support and community partnerships, Exclusive Hoops Foundation, Inc. works to enhance programming, facilities, resources, and student experiences that align with the mission of Exclusive Programs—promoting structure, accountability, development, and opportunity for students and student-athletes.

Why Your Support Matters

Tuition and program fees alone do not fully cover the cost of delivering high-quality preparatory, athletic, and development programs. Like many private and preparatory organizations, Exclusive Programs rely on the generosity of supporters to sustain and expand their mission.

Every contribution—regardless of size—directly supports academic resources, athletic development, facilities, and student programming across Exclusive Preparatory Academy (EPA) Titans and other Exclusive initiatives. The Annual Fund

Annual Fund Designations

Donors may direct their Annual Fund gift to one or more of the following areas:

Scholarship & Student Support

Exclusive Preparatory Academy is committed to expanding access to high-quality preparatory education. Through Exclusive Hoops Foundation, Inc., donors may support students who meet admission standards but require financial assistance.

Scholarship & Support Opportunities

Unless a donor chooses to remain anonymous, named support funds may be recognized in Foundation materials. Donors may provide input into award criteria in accordance with Foundation guidelines.

Impact: Each scholarship or support gift directly changes a student’s educational experience while strengthening the EPA community.

Faculty & Program Development

Strong educators and coaches are central to the success of Exclusive Preparatory Academy. Support in this area helps attract, retain, and develop high-quality academic and athletic professionals.

Major Facilities or Buildings: $50,000+

All naming opportunities are formalized through a written gift agreement to ensure clarity, recognition, and alignment with the Academy’s mission.
